Our Story
Object Of Desire formed in Boston, MA, inside the walls of Berklee College of Music. What began as an instrumental project quickly evolved when the band set out to find a vocalist, leading to the addition of Franki and Drew. With the lineup complete, the group began crafting a sound rooted in modern progressive metal — blending technical precision, atmospheric textures, and emotional intensity.
Drawing inspiration from bands like Periphery, TesseracT, Monuments, Kadinja, and Meshuggah, Object Of Desire focuses on pushing dynamic contrasts and immersive songwriting.
In Spring 2026, the band recorded their first track in Berklee’s studios. Their debut single, Placebo, marks the beginning of a new chapter and is set for release in the coming months.
